I do customized floral arrangements suited to your taste and requests in which I base on an initial questionnaire given during the consultation. I also offer customizable/by special request gourmet edible gifts in addition to the product list I already offer... If any deposit is required upfront it would be a fair 20 % maximum upfront to cover vanity costs (ie special ordering of products to fulfill order etc) I try to avoid doing this however in order to be fair to both myself and customer- YOU WILL BE SATISFIED or BE ABLE TO RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS WITHIN RECEIVING PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND.... AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED PRODUCT BACK- these are my policies and they are very transparent and are nonnegotiable and very fair. I hope to hear from you soon
