    Description

    African Lega male initiation society hat.  Not certain as to which of the three grades this relates.  7.5 inch diameter and 4 inches high..  Made with basketry frame with red plastic disks.  Small horn top piece and buttons sewn to braded chin strap of natural fiber.  In good condition, though horn (goat?) needs to be placed upright and restored.
