We've got a wonderful historic piece which we believe is tribal African. All original. Check out the weaving in the cord around the neck (see photos). Check out the leather strap. The ties. The lid. The expert carving. It is a wonderfully beautiful piece. A cherished piece of history. Good enough for a museum.
The piece stands between 7" and 8" tall (with lid) and is between 5" and 6" in diameter at its widest point.
