Clockwork Wind Up Tin Toy: Ice Cream Vender (Vendor) with Box

Clockwork Tin Wind Up Toy:  Ice Cream Vender (Vendor) with Box.  I believe this is from the 80s/90s and is a repop of early 1900 wind up toys.  Selling as a repop.  Great color on cart and boy.  No dents or scratches noted.  A tad loss of color on boy's pants/butt where he sits on the seat.  Plastic feet, rubber head (head does pop off and on).  I winded the toy up and it took off, but the boy did not bob up and down.  Approx 4 x 2 x 4 in tall.  On front of cart has Chinese letters, Made in China, 260 MS 405.  Box is in Chinese and English and Vendor is spelled VendEr.  Label on box says Collectible Item, Made in China, MS 405.  Box shows minor wear to edges and corners.  Great color and graphics on box.  Staples still secure.  There is a slight bump/tear on top of lid on the ice cream cart near the word Ice.  I do not have the instruction sheet.
