Authentic African Botswana Grass Baskets from the Early 1980's. Condition is "Used". These baskets were brought back to the U.S. by a person who was doing research in the Okavango Delta. They are 100% legitimate to the region and of high quality. Please check the photos carefully. There is some damage, especially the "Jug" style one. The rim and the upper lid were chewed on by a dog years ago. There are also some areas of minor losses on some of the others. These have been displayed or stored over the 30 some years. I am selling them together because I think they are great examples of a local form of art. Considering the group price, I don't think you can do much better, as each is worth more on it's own. You can see the craftsmanship is excellent and each is very different. One 'Bowl' is 14" in diameter X 4.25"; one is 14" X 5", one is 14.5" X 4.5", the last is 15" X 5.25". The jug is approximately 11" round by 9.5" tall with the lid.
