Heavyweight Champion Gene Tunney Signed Letter Full Name PSA DNA 1953

Description

This is for an original 1953 hand signed letter of former heavyweight champion Gene Tunney. The letter is a reply to a private who was stationed at Camp Pickett in Virginia. As the letter states, not only did the private get the autographed picture he asked for but Gene responded with a full name signature on the letter he enclosed with the photo. Almost all letters from not just the Denman Tire and Rubber Company and later his own letterhead were simply signed “Gene” and very rarely including his last name. This is one of those times the former champ signed his full name and it has been authenticated by PSA DNA to boot.
