    Description

    Up for sale is pre-owned but unused Hand-Woven Women Large Shoulder & Hand Bag. It comes in a basket shape and was made from dyed sisal and wool (in black, deep red and blue tones) with brown leather trimmings. It has no lining. It is indigenous to the Taita, Kikuyu and Kamba tribes of Kenya (East Africa). It was brought from Kenya at least 40 years ago but still can be in use as a carry-on bag or a beach bag or a shopping basket or for any other décor / storage use.
    It is not a tourist souvenir or modern type of African commodities. It was made by the locals for their own use.
    Due to its size it will be shipped as a folded item.
    Condition:
    In good condition, never been in use, in some places the leather has few light cracks (mainly on the strap), since it is a handmade there might be some imperfections (please see pics).

    We ship registered airmail worldwide from Israel but unfortunately there are a few countries that I am unable to ship to due to political reasons. To the people there I apologize.
    Usually shipping takes 12-18 days
    BUT
    I have tried to get an accurate time of delivery and every worker and every branch of the post office gave me a different answer. The longest was delivery within 30 working days so please take this into account
    IMPORTANT:
    Any Item paid for on Friday or the day before a public holiday after 08.00 my time (GMT+2) will only be shipped on Sunday as All Post Offices are closed on Saturdays and most of Friday (or the day after a public holiday)
