Delivery times

Cancellation not possible after your IMEI has been queued, even if delayed. Only If there is no code found or the Carriers Unlock Server rejects the request then your order can be canceled and refunded. By purchasing this unlock you agree with this term.
Delays
: Sometimes if the server gets overloaded with orders there can be delays. Delays can happen at anytime without warning. if there are delays I will adjust the timeframes. This can happen after you purchase and before your phones get unlocked, if this happens the most updated timeframe is correct and applies to your service. Please be patient.
Before you purchase:
1. Please be sure that your Samsung device is locked to and has been activated with MetroPCS, There are no refunds for wrong carrier submissions or phones that do not have the device unlock app pre-installed but require a code.
2. Run the device unlock app - if it says
"NOT ELIGIBLE FOR UNLOCK"
you can submit.
3. If it says
"COMMUNICATION ERROR"
or
"SERVER NOT RESPONDING"
perform a hard reset, or upgrade your firmware. if you continue to get this response
do not purchase!
Your phone has to be able to communicate  with the Device unlock app before you can place your order.
Any MetroPCS Android Phone that supports the Mobile Device Unlock app can be unlocked.
With this service you can unlock your device even if it is under contract, lease, financed, or an active on account.
In the case of no code available, we will refund you 100%.
Important information about Android 4.4.2
If your device runs on version 4.4.2, please do not proceed with ordering, code will not work. We will not refund in this case.
How to send us your Order and IMEI
Upon ordering click "add message" and type/paste your IMEI there. IMEI is 15 digits, to view it dial:  *#06#.
Please include your imei # in the original order, do not send your imei in a separate message this can be confusing.
Type the 15 digits without spaces or slashes. Like this:

Not like this:
3 56123 456789 1
Also please include your phone model and service eg. "Samsung s7 edge MetroPCS"
Important information
All factory codes provided will unlock your device when it is on factory settings and stock ROM. If your device has been rooted or it has a non stock ROM, code will not work. You will have to unroot your device or return to stock ROM and then code will work.
Buyer is responsible to ensure whether the device will be GSM or CDMA compatible after unlocking.
Refund policy
No refunds for T-Mobile submissions, we do not check this before we submit. Don't throw your money away.
If for some reason the device unlock fails we can help you troubleshoot it. If all troubleshooting efforts fail video proof is required to send to the supplier. The supplier may re-process the unlock so refunds will not be immediate just because you can not unlock your device. We will refund non working unlocks ONLY after we have reviewed a second video with proof of the failed reprocessing. There is NO getting around these steps.
Orders cannot be canceled while they are in process even if there is a delay. There is no getting around this. So please do not request your order to be canceled.
