Up for sale today is this Jim Jacobs Hand Written Signed Note on His Personal Stationary. Jim is known to be the GOAT of Handball along with being Iron Mike Tyson's Manager.  In 1984 Jim and his partner Bill Clayton signed the 18-year-old Mike Tyson, who was being trained by Jacobs' old friend D'Amato, and oversaw his rise to become undisputed world heavyweight champion; Jacobs became a close friend and mentor of Tyson. Note reads " Dear Doll Face, Here are the two films you requested. Hugs, Jim. Jim Leslie Jacobs (February 18, 1930 – March 23, 1988) was an American handball player, boxing manager, Academy Award nominee and comic book and fight film collector. This note comes directly from the Nat Fleischer / Stanley Weston MSG Boxing Hall of Fame Collection.
Condition
- Paper is in good condition and the ink signing is still very bold.

(November 3, 1887 - June 25, 1972)
was a noted American boxing writer and collector. Nat Fleischer acquired sole ownership of the Ring Magazine, which he led as editor-in-chief for fifty years, until his death in 1972.
Stanley Weston (September 25, 1919 – April 11, 2002)
is a former owner of The Ring Magazine. He was an avid collector of anything fight related. When Mr Weston purchased The Ring magazine it also included Nat Fleischer's Madison Square Garden Boxing Hall of Fame. He and Stanley are well known in this industry and loved every minute of the job and the collecting.
