Model 220-B.
Box is African Brown with an Ivory Plaskon lid.
Box outside size is about 6.5" x 3.25" x H 1.5"
This was a Christmas promotion the Plaskon Utility Case, was given away when a customer purchased a laminated Silver Pearl Vacumatic Pen and Pencil.
