Raymarine Autohelm ST4000 MK1 Autopilot Wheel Drive -Refurbished
I opened these up and -
Cleaned & painted,
lubed (only where recommended)
replaced the drive belt with new,
replaced the main drive motor sprocket
Disassembled and inspected the motor and main gearbox (to confirm the 22 planet gears were good)
I break these down all the way, including the motor gearbox to insure its in good working order...
This would make an excellent spare or a direct replacement unit.
