    According to Barney’s auction house, these baskets are worth 0. They are from the Botswana Tribe and are hand made. The pink basket has the design of the African Butterfly. The most famous of all craft production of Botswana is the basket; baskets have been made and used traditionally for thousands of years. The main producers of baskets are the women of the Bayei and Hambukusha tribes in northwestern Botswana. The main raw material utilized in the baskets is the fiber of the palm tree. Either a thin bundle of palm fiber, grasses or a single piece of vine is used for the insersion of the coil. These baskets are beautiful, am in need of cash more than these lovelies, so I hope someone can use them for the reduced price!
