Vintage Woven Hausa Tribal Basket Northern Nigeria Africa Footed With Cover

An estate find,  this beautiful African basket has a gorgeous weave with excellent coloration.
There are four of the cone shapes around it, hard to show all sides in photos.  It appears there was a tiny bit of glue applied to the top handle-- not sure if that is to keep it attached or smoothing down a fray.  There are a couple of small frays in the rattan near the bottom but really it doesn't take away from the beauty.   Overall, a true collector's piece.
The basket, with top, stands approximately 9" tall with a diameter of 9.5".
